Planning the Evaluation

As our specification includes us using more than one different media platform we had a group discussion about which would be the best ways to convey our evalutaion. We decided that doing a podcast for our evaluation last year worked well, so we will use this again for two out of the four questions. For the final two questions we thought that a power point presentation would be an effective way to show visual aspects of our evaluation; taking screen shots and then pasting them into slides and adding descriptions for question one, and including links to the audience feedback for question three would be useful.
In order to get an equal amount of opinions from eveyone we felt it would be best for each of us to answer both of the questions for the podcast seperately.
So that we can interact the audience feedback question with the powerpoint, we will have to put all of the videos of the feedback on Youtube and then paste the links into the slides.
